Scope is confirmed and a fixed timeline & estimate is given before any work starts.
Delivery
For audits, a written report with prioritized findings is delivered. For builds and optimization, work proceeds through staged check-ins, not a black box until launch.
If the audit doesn't surface anything actionable, there's no charge.
